Climbing the pitons
The two landmark Mountains are Located on the Tropical Island of St. Lucia. The Peaks climb steeply out of the sea, reaching skyward with the tips disappearing in the clouds. They are a spectacular sight.
Climbers gather in the interpretive center, located in Fond Gens Libre ( Valley of the free people).
The hike starts and at first the climb gentle, from there the trail takes a more uphill turn, After the half way point the climb is like climbing a ladder , Interesting trees s and foliage are all around.
The true reward become evident when you reach the Top and see Pitie Piton is in front of you raisin from a tropical landscape.
